Yep guys, RUNNING. I know that I'm the ambassador of # sloth4life, but running is an exception. I love running. It makes me feel so alive and free, like I'm some sort of lion in a jungle of cars and buildings. Even tho I'm the slowest sail in the world, I feel great after a good afternoon run.
I'm not completely a runner, but I thought I could share my running exentials with you guys :)
A GOOD PLAYLIST

You
can't start a run without a relly good playlist, something that makes your heart beat faster. Here are the songs that I hear the most while i'm running:
- I lived, One Republic
- Worst Behaviour, Drake
- Legend, Drake
- Heroes, Alesso
- Warriors, Imagine Dragons
- Entertainment, Phoenix
- Geronimo, Sheppard
This are just a few of those that I listen to, my playlist changes upon my week mood.
CRAZY COMFY

There's no way you can make running enjoyable if you don't have confortable shoes to run in. It's not a must that they have to be beautiful and expensive. They just need to be
CONFORTABLE! With confortable shoes it's much easier to feel like you're flying and not just running and there's a high chance that you might be smiling instead of
CONTRACTING from pain. Mine are some nike free run 3 5.0 aqua blue. I bought them online but I think they should be half a size bigger than mine even tho it doesn't hurt that much. I bought them without spending too much on
Aliexpress. They came in like a month, but, for the price I've paid, it was definitely worth the wait.
Same for the rest of your outfit, it just need to be confortable and it just have to make you feel strong, as you're the owner of those streets.
PLAN YOUR RUNS ON YOUR PHONE

If you're thinking about star running, the best thing you can do is to plan the days that you're going to be running. As mentioned on my last post, I use RunKeeper. It has a running workout schedule and, everytime the day I have to run comes in, it keeps on reminding me so I can't pretend like I've forgot it. If you're like me that, after a week of regular workout, take a break, well that's your app for sure. But, if you just want to start running to keep yourself moving, just go run when you'refeelink like to or just plan something easier.
That's all that I think you should have before starting a "RUNNING EXPERIENCE" :)
See you soon,
Byeee xx
